Revitalizing Interim Services is for practices and integrated health systems who are in need of an interim leader while they are in search of a permanent leader. We provide operational director or higher leadership and revenue cycle director or higher leadership for such situations. Services we offer during the interim period are full operational evaluations/analyses with action plan and implementations. We will help to facilitate building teams to grow and improve the practice and revenue cycle while the practice or organization is looking for a permanent leader. Our leader will participate with the current senior leadership or providers in the hiring process of the new leader to ensure the practices receive the best fit. When you utilize our revitalizing interim services, we will work hard to build the best possible environment for a new leader to step into the role and take over the practice or practice(s). Our goal for interim services is to leave the practice better than when we found it to ensure the new leader can take the practice(s) to the next level without having to spend a lot of time on operational changes.
